Financing Of Projects from EU Funds

The goal of the thesis is to consider various ways how to finance expanded entrepreneurial plans of a selected starting company with the focus on sources of the European Union funds. The first chapters present the general possibilities of the financing of companies and consider suitability of their usage. At the end of these chapters forms of the financial support from the European Union Funds are discussed. The next part is focussed more practically. The expanded entrepreneurial plans of the Orange Academy company, which are intended for the grant, is introduced here. The ability of the company to meet a liability resulting from the given way of financing are mentioned as well. The aspects of the realization of the project appeal and possible consequences, if the conditions after approval are not completed, are the necessary part.
The Improvement suggestion of the financial situation of Poter, s. r. o. due to a grant from the EU

This diploma work analysis financial situation in the years 2003-2005 of Poter Company and suggest possible solutions. Moreover this work consists of a project suggestion to ask the grant from the European Social Fund to implement the method of Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which is a near goal for the Company.

The (Master) thesis deals with a part of a project application for financial resources from the European union using the Operational Programme „Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost“. This programme represents one of the possible way, how to obtain funding of the educational activities for public. The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex summary about the application process and to point how difficult it is to get this kind of financial support. Despite this uneasy process it tries to obtain the financial resources for the activities of EDLiT Ltd., which would enable to extend the portfolio of its services.
The employment policy making in South Bohemia region in 2007-2013

The Bachelor´s thesis "Active Employment Policy Realization in South Bohemian region during 2007-2013" is focused on research of financial means providing for active employment policy instruments in South Bohemian region. Active employment policy is the state means realizing employment policy, which is the part of government social policy. The target is to find the employment for as many unemployed people as possible. These unemployed people may be or may not be registered at the Employment Department. Active employment policy is funded from two sources: From state budget and from European Social Fund means, which is intended to support the realization of European employment strategy. The Operation Programme Human Resources and the Employment for years 2007-2013 was the main European Social Fund programme used within active employment policy during years 2007-2013. The theoretical part describes the legislative status. The description is divided into several parts: Definitions, Active employment policy instruments complex description and Active employment policy Implementing regulations. Practical part is divided on thesis target description, methodology used, analysis, data interpretation and the discussion. The thesis target was to find out the answer for following two hypotheses: H1: Higher unemployment rate means higher use of instruments like community service and socially beneficial jobs. H2: Expense increase for Active Employment Policy reduces unemployment from long time point of view. Data analysis results and it´s statistic evaluation confirms H1 hypothesis for it´s untruthfulness for South Bohemian region. Documents analysis and data secondary analysis methods were used for this thesis.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the unemployment and efficiency of expenditures relating in unemployment support in Trebic through the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment in the programming period 2007-2013. The first part of this thesis deals with the theory of labor market, unemployment, employment policy and characteristics of the European Social Fund. Analytical part is focused on individual projects, which were implemented under this programme in Trebic. The work is finished proposals for action that could contribute to increased employment.

The topic of this thesis is the support of Equal Opportunities for women and men in the labor market and to reconcile work and family life, funded by the European Social Fund. The thesis consists of an introduction, a theoretical part, a practical part, a conclusion and appendices. In the theoretical part there are the first introduced policies of the European Social Fund for the period 2007 - 2013 and then their application in the Czech Republic, made up mainly of the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and just his area of support 3.4 Equal opportunities for women and men in the labor market and to reconcile work and family life. The issue of equal opportunities for women and men is also used in the context of EU and in the context of labor market in the Czech Republic. Custom research is designed in order to analyze the implementation of the above- mentioned areas of support, specifically in the region Vysočina on the basis of already approved projects, using quantitative and qualitative content analysis. At the request Those projects are discussed both negative and positive gender lens. It is therefore a real form of project applications that are approved and draw on the financial resources of the European Social Fund.

Evaluation of the project "growth competitiveness PI CZ, s.r.o." Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme and the efficiency of finances appropriated to it. The thesis deals specifically with the application of the programme at the company PI CZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the mechanism and functioning of European Union Structural Funds throught which the Czech Republic utilizes funds and the structural policy of the European Union as a whole. The practical part of the thesis includes the evaluation of a questionnaire which was conducted with participants of the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme in the aforementioned company. The thesis is concluded by a discussion of the results obtained from the questionnaire and possible solutions are suggested which would improve the efficiency of finances utilized from EU funds in the company of interest.
